Custom Audience Is Empty!

This happens when Facebook does not receive any data to match against. The most common cause is that you used an Infusionsoft Saved Search which does not include the Email Address or in Phone in the output. To fix this problem:

  1. Log into Infusionsoft
  2. Go to the Infusionsoft Saved Search you want to use
  3. Click Edit Criteria/Columns button
  4. In the window that pops up, scroll far right, to the Columns tab
  5. In the list of Available Fields, choose at least one Email or Phone field
  6. Click the double right arrow between the two columns to add it to the output
  7. Hit the green OK button
  8. Go back to the Sync2CRM Dashboard
  9. Click Run Now, next to the custom audience to manually re-run it
  10. When complete, confirm the audience size now has a number in it
