A whole new world has opened up for me with Sync2CRM and Facebook Advertising. Using the contacts within Infusionsoft I have been able to create Like Audiences to target Strata Management prospects for the first time ever. 3. Kim is with it enough marketing-wise that I expect her to continue to solve problems I didn’t know I had. I expect Sync2CRM to tell me about new FB features and ways to connect with my prospects and customers.

3.5 Kim is the only famous female Infusionsoft developer. I’m a bit partial here as my mother was one of the first female CPAs in Washington State back in the day. I like doing business with someone who both does expert work and also changes the perception of what a great developer looks like. And I’ve never seen Kim use this in any of her marketing, which is just how I like it.

I love Sync2CRM. It has made, for me, Facebook advertising a possibility. I knew I could never keep up with syncing my prospects, active customers, and past customers. So I never did it. When I found Sync2CRM I knew I had to give it a try.

It has worked great for me. There was a small technical issue but the support team worked very fast to fix it. More important to me than the speed in which they resolved it was the communication while it was not working. They kept me in the loop every step of the way.

I love Sync2CRM. It allows me to run Facebook lead ads and import that information directly into my infusionsoft app where I can trigger automation to send them the item they opted in for. It saves so much time compared to constantly monitoring the Facebook lead ads and downloading and importing of contacts. It also makes for a better customer experience as they are not waiting for me to download and import before they get their item.

I also love the fact that I can create custom audiences on the fly with my contacts in Infusionsoft based on the tags that they have.
