How are total contacts calculated?

In an Infusionsoft or MailChimp account, it is just the total number of contacts. In an Active Campaign account, it is the total number of contacts subscribed to some list. Active Campaign excludes contacts not associated with at least one list.
We take the sum of all connected CRM accounts and compare to your plan limits in order to determine the appropriate plan.
