How Does Sync2CRM Work With Lead Ads
Sync2CRM Lead Ads grabs the details from your ad when a user fills the form in, then sends it back to your CRM. This then gives you access to the user’s details which was entered on your Lead Ad, within your CRM. The details that Sync2CRM sends back to your CRM are:
- Full Name
- Address
- Zip Code/Post Code
- Date Of Birth
- Company Name
- Job Title
- Contact Number
- Business Contact Number
- Email Address
- Business Email Address
The details that are received by your CRM may be different depending on the information submitted by the user into your Lead Ad. There is also a “Tagging” functionality, which provides the ability for you to “Tag” the contacts you need to group them within your CRM. You can also use then use the tagging to run campaigns and/or retarget them in Facebook custom audiences.
