What Is CRM Retargeting?

CRM retargeting allows marketers to offer online ads to their customers even though they have not visited the advertiser’s website. CRM retargeting is a complement or an alternative to “traditional” site retargeting.

So, as an example, you might upload a number of lists to Facebook, including your email list, buyers, non-buyers, etc. Facebook can then deliver highly targeted ads to those segments, even though they never visited your site.

CRM Retargeting has a number of benefits: build awareness, reduce email fatigue, increase conversion rate, increase ROI on ad spend, and reach people you can’t email.
