If the total number of contacts in your connected apps exceeds the limit in your Sync2CRM subscription, your plan will be automatically upgraded to the appropriate plan. If you are on a monthly plan, we will wait until the next billing period to process the upgrade. If you are on an annual plan, the upgrade will be processed immediately.
