It will. Each day, we check your plan limits against the total contacts in all connected CRM accounts and 10 day moving average of leads processed. If necessary, your plan is adjusted in our billing system.
This will work both ways … up and down.
If your plan is monthly, the new plan takes effect on your next renewal date. If your plan is annual, the change takes effect immediately.
