Use the reports in Infusionsoft to find all contacts who have not opened an email in the last 30 days.
Create a custom audience in Facebook and begin targeting them with your best content to encourage them to re-engage with you.
If after 30 days of retargeting, they have not re-engaged, remove them from your email list.
